Who do you think you are?
Helen Fost trained in shamanic healing and altered states of consciousness with traditional shamans in Peru and modern mystics in Europe. A hypnotherapist, life coach, interfaith minister and performing artist, she offers an unusual synthesis of ancient and contemporary approaches. Her experiential performance ‘Between the Worlds’ is at Diverse Attractions 6 – 25 August.
How much energy disappears in the gaps between who you think you should be, who you fear you are, and who you know you could be? Learn the shaman’s skills of tracking and journeying in space out of time to realign energy, identity and destiny.

The art of living must be studied, as must every art. It calls for imagination, so that every advance, every change, is not merely a difference, but a creative act. Achievement, at any level above the lowest, calls for courage to hold on, in spite of current moods, and for exacting self-discipline. Thus it is that we break from the confines of the prisons we have built about ourselves.
Horace B Pointing, 1946
